Welcome!  I don’t know how you found me, but I’m glad you’re here!  This is your lucky day!

I hope my story can help you.  I grew up in southeast Kansas, on a farm, and was heavily involved in 4-H, FFA, and other such things.  I love the country and appreciate the work ethic, commitment, persistence, and other key values I learned that were essential on a farm.

My parents were always entrepreneurial, and my dad was constantly coming up with ideas of things to do to try to make money.  I took note of this (subconsciously I suppose), especially his flexible schedule and answering to himself, and ever since high school I’ve been running my own businesses…building a greenhouse and starting a houseplants/bedding plants business; a lawn maintenance business, and others.  I knew that not only would time freedom only come from being my own boss, but also becoming wealthy.

After high school, I went to college at Kansas State University (Go Wildcats!).  I wanted to run my own landscaping business, so I studied Horticulture and Landscape Design.  Upon graduating from K-State, I moved to Kansas City and went to work for a professional landscaping firm in the area as a landscape designer.  My intent was to work there for a couple years, under the wings of the owner, so I could learn the ropes and go start my own business down the road.

However, what I learned in my time there was that this traditional kind of business would not help me achieve the goals and dreams I had.  How is that?  I could see I would not have the time freedom I dreamed of.  To make the money I wanted to make, I would have had to run such a big business that I would have no time away from it, much like what I saw in watching the owner of the company.  I loved the work, but knew it would never help me achieve what I wanted out of life.  I could see myself slowly getting sucked into the rat race and wanted no part of that.

So I began searching for other options and opportunities.  Thankfully, God placed an incredible opportunity in front of me.  I found the network marketing industry, and specifically a company called Pre-Paid Legal.  I began building my business part-time (10-15 hrs/week) and after about two years working at it, I was able to walk away from my job and be able to work solely from home!

You see, the incredible thing about the business is it allows you to leverage your time by building a team of people working for you, and down the road have true time freedom and financial freedom.  It definitely takes some time and effort up front to get it going, but 3-5 years later you can be experiencing everything you had ever dreamed of!

I have been out of the rat race for over two years now! It can definitely be a roller coaster ride getting your own business started.  It doesn’t always go as fast as you like and there are slow times, but as long as you keep going, the end result of time and financial freedom makes it all worth it.

My goal is to help as many people as I can become successful…

Who am I?

I am an average guy with above average goals and inspirations. I am an entrepreneur focused on helping others get what they want in life. I have been blessed to meet wonderful people who have dramatically changed my life financially, physically and spiritually and I want to help as many people do the same.
