Spring Snow Dump

Main Content Add comments

It’s the first day of spring, and here in Southeast Kansas we were met with a lovely spring snow storm!  It seems it happens like this every year; sometime in late March we always have a huge snow dump, around a foot or more of wet slushy snow, and those giant wet flakes falling through the air.

It was 72 degrees just yesterday! The cold front came in last night and it quickly turned to snow…we should have about a foot by the time it’s done tomorrow morning.  We had a prolonged cold and snowy winter, and it seemed it was finally ending…BAHAHA, wrong!

But hey, it’s supposed to be back to 70 by Tuesday, so I guess it’s not all bad!

Gotta get some work done so I can watch my K-State Wildcats play…and WIN…tonight in the second round of the NCAA tourney!
