More are Shedding Racks

With each day, it brings us closer to spring.   Spring brings along with it the elk shedding their racks.   They’re starting their new growth of racks for this year.  Amazing to see!

Shedding Racks

Today marks the first day that one of the bulls has lost one of its racks.  Truly signs of winter fading into spring.  It’s so miraculous to see the new racks growing and pushing out the previous year’s hard rack.

Elk Hunting
