Wehmeyer Elk Hunting

Lots of calves have been born within the last few weeks.   Will post pictures soon.

The bulls like to stay in the shade (and the pond) during this hot summer weather.

Elk hunting at Wehmeyer Hunting Preserve this week was enjoyed by some great guys from Alabama.   This bull made for a challenging hunt.

This hunter came to Wehmeyer Elk Preserve for a very enjoyable hunt.  As you can see by the smile on his face, he was very pleased with his trophy!
